table moulded bricks with cement mortar.
Plastering : Two coats of smooth internal
plastering and two coats external plastering with
water proof cement compound.
Main
Door : Best quality Teak wood door frame and
teakwood door with melamine finish and brass
fittings.
Other
Doors : Door frames with Teak wood and water
proof flush shutters.
Windows : All windows with teak wood
frames and with fixed safety Iron grills and teak
wood shutters with glass.
Painting : OBD or plastic emulsion
for the inner walls with lappum finishing Weather
shield for the exterior walls, enamel for the
internal doors &windows.
Kitchen : Black granite
countertop with SS sink. 2'6" height wall tile dado
above countertop.
Toilets : Anti skid
concept ceramic tiles for flooring and walls up to
6'6" and with Standard sanitary fittings. EWC for
attached toilets and IWC for common toilets with
concealed wall mixers. One wash basin provided in
dining hall.
Flooring : Good quality marble or
vitrified tiles flooring in all the rooms, corridord
and sataircase, Marble slabs in the hall and dining
with green marble border. Remaining rooms are marble
tiles.
Electrical : Concealed PVC Pipes and
copper wiring with modular witches. Provision of
adequate points for AC, lights, fans call bell, TV &
Telephone.
Plumbing : All water pipelines are with G.I
Pipes . All sanitary fittings are white colour only.
Lift
: 6-passenger capacity lift will be provided.
